In 2016, LIA was commissioned by Austrian architect Gregor Eichinger to create a permanent generative installation for the Seliger Bar at the high-end furniture house Seliger in Vienna.
The artwork was designed to serve as a meditative backdrop for the space – a visual focus that is engaging but not demanding. The generative system creates a continuous, slow vertical flow of abstract forms moving downwards. Composed of paired shapes mirrored on the vertical axis, the elements periodically rotate and unfold, opening and closing like abstract blossoms in a hypnotic rhythm.
In addition to the screen-based installation, LIA generated two high-resolution images that were printed onto large-scale textile panels, flanking the screen and integrating the digital aesthetic directly into the interior architecture.
